Import tax and duties
For orders outside the UK, local sales taxes, import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping costs and any charges incurred by us as a result of the refusal or return.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from www.markmarengo.com, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed and in a fully saleable condition.
Sale items
You are responsible for the cost of returning sale items to us and for arranging appropriate insurance for the return shipment.
Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm receipt and process any refund with our original shipping costs deducted. Because margins on sale items are very low, we are unable to refund outward postage or packing costs in the event of a return.
We will also deduct any duty or related charges we incur in receiving the returned goods back.
Return instructions
You must contact our head office before sending any return. Please mark the parcel and invoice clearly with the word “RETURN” to help avoid additional duty charges on the returned item.
