Shipping & Returns-Terms & Conditions

By clicking on terms and conditions at Check Out you agree on the following. If you have any query please check with us before ordering.

UK VAT, Import Tax and Duties

Please note that the listed price includes a UK tax (VAT 20%) that will be deducted at the checkout page for customers outside of the UK unless postage is subsidised. However, you may be liable for your country's own import tax and duties. We are not responsible for these, and refusal to accept the goods will result in us, when we refund, to deduct all the shipping cost and any duties we may incur.

 Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.markmarengo.com you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition — i.e. unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

Important Sale Items!

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and insuring them. Once received we will notify you of receipt and process a refund with our shipping costs deducted. Margins on sale items are so low we are unable to incur the costs of postage to you and packing in the event of a refund.

Please note we will deduct the costs of shipping the goods to you and any duty we may incur to send the goods back to us.

You must contact the head office before any return and mark clearly on the parcel and invoice "RETURN" to avoid Duty on the returned item.
