We will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 3 working days ( subject to card clearance ) of the order being received providing we have them in stock .
Please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale or Christmas delivery may take a little longer.
If for any reason the goods are not available for immediate dispatch we will advise you of the likely time scale and you may decide if to proceed with the order or part order.
You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 days providing the goods are not dispatched or in dispatch. If already dispatched please refer to our returns policy below.
If you have not received your order or any notification from the courier indicating that delivery has been attempted with a reasonable time after the above indications please contact us on
Please note that recipients outside of the EU will be responsible for any importation duties, clearance fees and other additional charges concerning customs.
The customer is also responsible to provide to their country customs any information
required to clear the goods.
Please note that in the event of any return for faulty or unsuitable that we are not liable to refund any duty paid as this is a specific contract between the purchaser and his own country Customs and Excise.
Returns & Replacements.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or of a different quality than stated then we will replace the damaged goods or refund the amount paid providing you notify us in writing within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered. In this event your return postage which must be by Recorded Delivery means will also be refunded.
Furthermore if the goods that you receive are the wrong size for you or not to your liking then we will replace or refund them providing they are returned in the exact condition that they were delivered and unworn. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery post at your own cost and in the original packaging with the return date not exceeding 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure they are well wrapped up as no credit can be issued for items damaged in transit by inadequate packaging. Please keep a copy of the posting receipt until the return is authorised and the credit issued. Credit will be issued in the same way paid, i.e. refunded to the credit card used for payment.
If returning items that included a free of charge promotional item the free of charge item must also be returned. This does not apply to any faulty goods items returned .
